SHIPPING & HANDLING
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 1 - 3 business days.
Handling time for all orders 1 - 3 business days and an additional 1 to 2 days to be shipped out.
After handling, Item(s) should be received inside the USA within:
- FREE Tracked Shipping (5-12 Business days)
- Priority Mail (2-10 business days)
- Priority Mail Express (1-5 business days)
After handling, Item(s) should be received outside the USA within:
- INSURED Tracked Shipping (5-25 business days)
- Priority Mail (3-15 business days)
- Priority Mail Express (1-7 business days)
This may be a little longer during the holiday season.
For specialty such as: Free Shipping items, Discounted items, and Giveaway items, please allow up to 60 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.
We will notify you with a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
